Why USLINK
The crew you’d pick if you got to pick.
We train the craft
Trainees learn fiber splicing and testing shoulder-to-shoulder with crews doing it every day: the USLINK standard from day one.
The newest gear
Late-model fusion splicers and OTDRs, maintained and replaced on schedule. You fight the loss budget, not your tools.
A real growth path
Trainee to splicer to foreman. USLINK is expanding across the Southwest, and we’d rather grow our own than rent someone else’s.
No-drama professional crews
Uniformed, background-checked teammates who take the work seriously. Show up, do the work, go home proud of it.
