We do not always have a foreman seat posted, but we are always interested in hands who can run one. If you already splice at our standard and can carry a crew, start an application and we will keep the conversation open.
What you'd own
- Run a splicing crew day to day, including scheduling and hand-off
- Production fusion splicing: single-fiber and mass-fusion ribbon
- OTDR and power-meter test discipline, documented to spec
- Quality control and daily reporting back to operations
- Safety on site, every day, no exceptions
What we're looking for
- Several years of production splicing experience
- Experience leading a crew on carrier, MSO, or ISP builds
- Fluent with splice prints, as-builts, and customer specifications
- Valid driver license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel as projects require
