Most careers here start at zero. USLINK hires for work ethic and trains the craft, so if you bring the standards we will bring the fiber.
You will learn splicing and testing shoulder-to-shoulder with crews doing it every day, on real builds, from the first week.
What you'll do
- Learn fiber optic splicing and testing from experienced crews
- Assist with FTTH, point-to-point, and network builds
- Follow quality standards and safety procedures
- Keep documentation accurate and photos labeled
What we're looking for
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Valid driver license
- Able to work outdoors in all conditions
- Reliable and team oriented

Requirements
- Valid driver license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Comfortable with physically demanding outdoor work in Arizona conditions
