Who we are, what a splicing contractor actually does, and where we fit in the build.
Construction crews put the cable in the ground. A splicing contractor turns it into a network. USLINK fuses the individual glass fibers together, builds the distribution hubs and cabinets that route the signal, and tests every strand so the plant actually carries light. No neighborhood, no business, no tower comes online until the splicing is done and proven.

Yes. USLINK Professional Splicing is an Arizona-licensed contractor (ROC-349383), bonded and insured for outside-plant work, headquartered in Phoenix.
Fiber doesn’t work because it’s in the ground. It works because every strand is fused, every hub is built, and every splice is certified. That step between the construction crews and the drop crews is where a network is actually made, and it’s the link we own. It’s in the name.

What we splice, build, test, and certify, from the backbone to the cabinet.
Core-aligned fusion splicing across backbone, distribution, and FTTx architectures: single-fiber and mass-fusion ribbon, on loose-tube or ribbon plant, aerial or underground. Every splice is dressed, labeled, and documented to operator spec, with loss budgets engineered to pass certification the first time.
Yes: FDH cabinets, pedestals, vaults, and handhole splice cases. We install the splitters, land and label every port, verify the light, and hand the drop crews clean documentation so they connect homes, not problems.
Yes. We perform node splits, segmentation, and fiber-deep / node+0 upgrades for cable operators pushing fiber deeper into the plant. Live cut-overs are done cleanly, outage windows stay tight, and every node is documented before we leave.
We shoot a bidirectional OTDR trace on every splice, then verify insertion loss and optical power against the design. You receive full test reports per segment: a birth certificate for the plant, not a verbal all-clear. Trouble isolation and fault location work the same way: with data.

Greater Phoenix and statewide Arizona today. We’re expanding into Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Colorado, and Utah, with Idaho and California on the horizon, and multi-state projects are welcome now.
Crews roll 24/7. Call 480-780-3676 and dispatch puts a crew on it. We place a temporary shot first to get traffic flowing, then complete the permanent repair and re-certify the span. Restoration is measured in hours, not days.
Yes. USLINK is built to mobilize, with the crews, fleet, and playbook to stand up splicing operations wherever the network goes next. As markets launch across the Southwest, we scale with them.
As early as your construction dates firm up. We integrate with the build schedule so splicing never becomes the critical path. Planned work books Monday through Saturday. Emergencies don’t book at all. They just get answered, 24/7.

That’s the job. Aerial or underground, we sequence splice crews with your OSP construction schedule and scale market by market, so cable placed today doesn’t sit dark waiting on splicers. Schedules hold, crews show, phones get answered.
A complete record: bidirectional OTDR traces, insertion-loss and optical-power readings for every strand, labeled port maps, and as-built documentation per segment. We do things the right way when nobody’s watching, and we document everything so you never have to take our word for it.
Both. Much of our work runs through the OSP construction GCs building for major carriers, and we also contract directly with operators and ISPs. Either way you get the same standard, and a clean hand-off at every link in the chain.
The temporary repair gets you back in service. Then we return on a planned window, complete the permanent splice work, and re-certify the span with post-restoration test reports. Temporary-to-permanent is a plan, not an afterthought.

Yes. The Fiber Splicer Trainee role is built exactly for that. We hire for work ethic and train the right person: you learn fusion splicing and testing from experienced crews on live builds, and the path runs trainee to splicer to foreman.
Late-model fusion splicers and OTDRs, maintained and replaced on schedule. You fight the loss budget, not your tools. Certifications are company-paid, and crews are uniformed, professional, and trained up to the USLINK standard.
Some of it, and it pays like it. As we stand up new markets across the Southwest, travel work comes with per diem on the road. There’s home-base work across greater Phoenix and Arizona too.
